Qigong point Locations – the absolute basics
This page is a work in progress. It will continue to grow for a while as I add more Qigong point locations that will assist in performing Qigong accurately.
If you are actively attending any of the online classes you will automatically have access to the diagrams pertaining to those classes. Let me know if you feel that other locations should be added to this page via the Contact us page.
Measuring using the Cun (acupuncture inch)

The cun (ts’un) is the traditional Chinese unit of length that is used in acupuncture when describing the position of acupuncture points. 1 cun is the width of your thumb at the knuckle. This means that it is not an exact measurement and varies from person to person.
1.5 cun is the width of the index finger plus the middle finger.
3 cun is the combined width of the four fingers.
The Bubbling Spring (Kidney 1)
Also known at the Bubbling Well, this where we root from and sink the Qi through.
It is located in the depression that is at the junction of the anterior and middle third of the sole of the foot.

The Hundred Meetings
At the midpoint of the line connecting the two apexes of the ears: Known as “Hundred Meetings”. It is the meeting point of all the Yang meridians as the carry the Yang energies to the head.

Hello Margaret,
It is great to hear that you are enjoying the classes.
I have sent you a text message as you have not responded to any of the six emails I have sent you in an attempt to assist with access to the class, the access to the San bao School video and download of the Zoom videos. Please provide me with the information that was requested on the first of these emails.
