The four Shen Qigong
- Exercise 4.
- Exercise 3: Using Chong Mai Vessel.
- Awareness of the collateral between Yamen and the Third Eye.
- Holding a Ball in Front of the Shoulder: Awareness of the overall impact of this Qigong and how it manifests through our senses.
The Qigong exercises in these classes are a mixture of Active and Passive Qigong. They are Spiritual in that they are working with the consciousness and can be used to alter states of awareness, giving access to higher levels of being and increasing perception.
