Silk_Qigong_Holding_up_the_Sky. Silk exercises qigong.

In these Silk Exercises Qigong classes we are working with these movements and how they have developed over the millennia to include the Ba Duan Jin and the Ten Fundamental Treasures.  Initially, we are focusing on and consolidating the Ba Duan Jin while taking one of the Qigong and showing the variants that are seen in the Silk Exercises and in the Ten Fundamental Treasures. As the classes develop, we will learn each of the four sets of the Silk Exercises Qigong as well as the Ten Fundamental Treasures. These recordings are of the Silk Exercises Qigong classes. These are Intermediate level classes and you will need to be familiar with the various stances used (Wuji stance and Horse Riding stance. Even so, we begin with the basic, physical, movements before working with the Internal. If you are unsure of the basics I recommend that you do the Qigong for Beginners course.
