The Extraordinary Meridians Qigong (also known as the Eight Exceptional Vessels) access the Vessels that act as reservoirs of the Qi by using the Master Points and the Coupled Points.

These recordings, from the Eight Exceptional Vessels Qigong classes are now available as an added asset to our live classes and the our on-demand courses. In these classes we work at a deeper level and explore the finer details of these Qigong. Some of the classes also have Five Element Qigong so that students can start to appreciate the differences in the qualities of the Qi in the twelve meridians and the eight vessels.

The content listed is a bare outline of the Qigong covered. It cannot cover all the insights that Des brings to these Qigong. Insights, observations and tips that demystify this art.
