Fire and Water

Tongue positions for Shen Qigong

We can use three different tongue positions while practicing Qigong. They are: the Fire Path position, the Water Path position and the Wind Path position. In these Shen Qigong we make use of the Fire Path. to work with Du Mai, and the Water Path, to work with Chong Mai.

• Shen exercise 1 using the Fire Path position.
• Shen exercise 1 using the Water Path position.
• Shen exercise 3 using the Water Path position.
• Closure.
