In this lesson we are concentrating on the Master Points that are located on the forearms and the hands while listening for any effects to the feet.

• Using the Master Points of the feet to trigger the Coupled Points in the arms and hands.
• Eight Exceptional Vessels exercise 1.

The Extraordinary Meridians Qigong (also known as the Eight Exceptional Vessels) access the Vessels that act as reservoirs of the Qi by using the Master Points and the Coupled Points.These recordings, from the Eight Exceptional Vessels Qigong classes are now available as an added asset to our live classes and the our on-demand courses.
