About Course
The Embroidered Brocade Qigong
These Qigong have huge depth and, with some of them, we can work with a variety of Qi flows and qualities. They are well worth exploring.

The Embroidered Brocade is a set of seven Qigong exercises, namely: Folding Over, the Circle of Light, the Billowing Sail, the Sun and the Moon, the White Crane, the Snake, and the Taiji Walk.
